过去一年“以终为始”锚定战略,用技术根性筑壁垒、生态协同扩价值、组织进化提效率、价值共生赢认同、全球适配拓空间,在不确定中把确定性做到极致;制定1个核心纲领+3大路径+7字方针+3大产品升维+1套文化底座,核心是以客户/市场/产品锚定15.888亿目标纲领,用“业务多元、市场全球、技术高端”三大路径实现突破,靠“专注、极致、口碑、快”落地,以“工业防护盾/环境防护盾/生命防护盾”的匠心臻品与“天幕红尘”思想护航;

In the past year, we anchored our strategy with an "end-oriented approach," building barriers with technological strength, expanding value through ecological synergy, improving efficiency through organizational evolution, gaining recognition through value symbiosis, and expanding space through global adaptation, maximizing certainty amidst uncertainty; We formulated one core framework + three major paths + seven-character guidelines + three major product upgrades + one cultural foundation. The core is to anchor the 1.5888 billion target framework with customers/markets/products, achieving breakthroughs through three major paths: "business diversification, global market, and high-end technology," and relying on "focus, excellence, reputation, and speed" to achieve success. The company, with its meticulously crafted "industrial protection shield/environmental protection shield/life protection shield" and its "Heavenly Curtain and Red Dust" philosophy, provides safeguards.

通过战略目标、组织管理、业务运营、人员激励、风险防控五大维度赋能;拟定181份机制规则,颁布21篇红头文件,解决121项疑难问题,合作伙伴增至107497+,产品覆盖138个国家和地区,新增合同13678份,产值增幅29.6%;为组织破解“战略模糊、运营低效、人才短缺、组织僵化”四大难题提供有力支撑;

It empowers businesses across five dimensions: strategic goals, organizational management, business operations, personnel incentives, and risk control. It has drafted 181 mechanisms and rules, issued 21 official documents, resolved 121 difficult issues, increased its partners to over 107,497, expanded its product coverage to 138 countries and regions, secured 13,678 new contracts, and achieved a 29.6% increase in output value. It provides strong support for organizations to overcome four major challenges: "strategic ambiguity, operational inefficiency, talent shortage, and organizational rigidity."

天之道,其犹张弓欤?高者抑之,下者举之,有余者损之,不足者补之。天之道,损有余而补不足。人之道,则不然,损不足以奉有余。孰能有余以奉天下?唯有道者。是以圣人为而不恃,功成而不处,其不欲见贤。说的是“损有余而补不足”的天道平衡本质,反衬人道“损不足以奉有余”的失衡误区,倡导无论是企业资源分配、团队管理还是个人身心调节,皆需以避免过度的平衡之道、聚焦长期与整体利益的不争之智、遇困先审视自身的向内求索、践行社会责任与助力他人的积德向善,践行“为而不恃、功成不处”的行事准则,方能契合天道规律、实现稳健成长;

The way of Heaven is like stretching a bow: It lowers the high, raises the low, diminishes the surplus, and supplements the deficiency. The way of Heaven diminishes the surplus and supplements the deficiency. The way of man is different; it diminishes the deficiency to serve the surplus. Who can have surplus to serve the world? Only the one who follows the Way. Therefore, the sage acts without claiming credit, achieves success without dwelling on it, and does not desire to be seen as virtuous. This speaks to the fundamental balance of the natural order, "taking from the surplus to give to the deficiency," contrasting it with the human tendency to "take from the deficiency to give to the surplus," thus creating an imbalance. It advocates that whether in corporate resource allocation, team management, or personal well-being, all require avoiding excessive balance, focusing on long-term and overall interests with a non-competitive wisdom, introspecting when facing difficulties, practicing social responsibility and helping others, and adhering to the principle of "acting without claiming credit, and not dwelling on success." Only in this way can one align with the laws of nature and achieve steady growth.

In the past year, Lefilter has empowered organizational growth and brand upgrades through diverse experiences, focusing on cultural inheritance, team cohesion, government-enterprise-university collaboration, market expansion, and capacity building: hosting a grand 17th anniversary celebration, a New Year's gathering, and the 6th "100-Day Battle" event. A "Company-wide Success" buffet was held, along with the 7th and 8th meetings of the 17th Staff Representative Congress, a performance-based meeting, and a stock trading conference. Deep collaboration with universities and cultural venues was undertaken, including the Zhengzhou University of Light Industry Employment Forum, the Henan University of Technology Board of Directors Annual Meeting with scholarship awards, sponsorship of the Henan Normal University Wushu Sanda Championship, participation in the Huashang Culture Festival (Wang Hai, the Ancestor of Merchants), and a trip to Xinzheng to pay homage to the Yellow Emperor. Team empowerment was strengthened through activities such as a weight loss program, hiking and cross-country races, and marathons; new partner development training was conducted; a Japan study tour was created for five-year veteran partners; and self-driving tours to Weihai and Inner Mongolia were offered to outstanding teams. Market and innovation were deepened through appearances at multiple domestic and international exhibitions in Russia and Dubai, resulting in 4 new patents and 1 new trademark. Focusing on capacity building, closed training for middle and senior management was organized, participation in university innovation courses was undertaken, and visits were made to JD.com and BAIC Blue. Benchmark enterprises like Gu launched the "Enterprise Profitability System" and initiated corporate training and consulting programs, investing in new sectors.

A series of progressively unfolding activities showcased the organization's passion and vitality for development. By converging various factors, the organization established its direction based on a pragmatic approach, harnessed the wisdom of the mass line to gather energy, and upheld its strategy with a bottom line of independent development. The strategy focused on differentiated sectors, organizational winning goals were implemented down to the individual level, a talent pipeline was built to create an execution force, the execution loop focused on key markets, and a value-driven, user-centric approach was established. Through activities and ceremonies, the organization achieved steady growth amidst uncertainty and maintained its leading position in competition.

过去一年,我国以创新赋能高质量发展,科技与产业深度融合,AI大模型、芯片自主研发取得新突破,我国成为创新力上升最快的经济体之一。天问二号探星、首艘电磁弹射型航母入列、人形机器人与无人机创新应用,既催生新质生产力,也让生活更精彩;国际上,特朗普就任美总统、印尼加入金砖国家、上合组织提出全球治理倡议,而中东局势紧张、加沙冲突难解,全球和平水平降至近 20 年低点。政治外交、全球治理、科技创新、区域和平等多领域动态,正持续推动人类命运共同体发展……

In the past year, my country has empowered high-quality development through innovation, deeply integrating science and technology with industry. Breakthroughs were achieved in AI big data models and independent chip development, making my country one of the fastest-growing economies in terms of innovation. The Tianwen-2 satellite probe, the commissioning of the first electromagnetic catapult-equipped aircraft carrier, and the innovative applications of humanoid robots and drones have not only spurred new types of productivity but also made life more exciting. Internationally, Trump's inauguration as US president, Indonesia's accession to BRICS, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation's global governance initiatives have all contributed to the current tense situation in the Middle East and the unresolved conflict in Gaza, causing global peace to fall to a near 20-year low. Dynamics in multiple fields, including politics and diplomacy, global governance, technological innovation, and regional peace, are continuously driving the development of a community with a shared future for mankind.

As the smallest unit, the enterprise should take “resolving confusion, activating potential, and achieving freedom” as its core guiding principle. This leads to a complete system encompassing ten dimensions, including the reconstruction of a nine-dimensional mindset, the shaping of corporate culture, the guarantee of a binding mechanism, and the construction of a collaborative ecosystem. It advocates establishing enterprises through systems and building a nation through the rule of law, breaking free from the shackles of rule by man, and ultimately aiming for “freedom of time, freedom of material possessions, and freedom of spirit.” This provides enterprise leaders with interconnected systemic thinking, helping them solve the dilemmas of management and the era of involution, grasp development trends, solidify the foundation of the enterprise, and achieve the ideal goal of sustainable systemic growth.
